NSTA
Eco-educational games & puzzles for preschool to grad school
Hello educators!
We’re so glad we met you at the National Science Teaching Association’s 2023 national conference.
Use show special NSTA20 by 4/30/23 to get 20% off our exciting environmental games. Or, contact Schools@AdventerraGamesUSA.com for school pricing.
- Come relax and play at our NSTA workshop, and be entered to win a free game. See how you can empower your students and achieve curricular goals, and learn about a Johns Hopkins study on environmental education. March 24th at 2:40pm, Georgia World Congress Center – A312
- If you can’t make the workshop, we’d love to talk with you about how our games can fit at your school, or about the study (Johns Hopkins University researchers want to know how games can affect eco behavior, and they’re seeking schools to participate!). Please contact Sue Mundell, our Educational Partnerships Director, for info.

Play & Learn
Adventerra combines the words “adventure” and “terra,” the Latin name for our planet. It reflects our mission: to create exciting games that teach people to care for our world.
We aim to build environmental literacy through play. In fact, we are the only company in the world with a catalog of games focused exclusively on environmental themes!
STEM Games
Our puzzles & games spark creativity, while developing science, technology, engineering, math, logic, and cooperative skills. That’s why all of our products have been authenticated by STEM.org. They have also won over 90 awards from toy industry, parenting, educational, and sustainability groups.

Empowering Students
Serious issues like pollution can be overwhelming, even for adults. Studies show that the best way to handle eco-anxiety is to show people how they can help. So, our games explore environmental issues through positive actions and concrete examples. Here are just a few of them:
Respect the Earth
Our Ecologic puzzles and memory games introduce preschoolers and elementary students to good green habits.
Mission Ocean
Endorsed by The Ocean Cleanup nonprofit, this beginner board game raises awareness about plastic pollution.
WaterGame
In this fast-paced board game, elementary students both compete and cooperate to conserve water.
PowerHaus
This game about saving energy is great for middle schoolers. The winner is the one who makes the best choices for their wallet and the world.
Global Warning
This one is popular with teens and adults. Players must work together to clean up pollution before the world overheats.
We also have educational guides to help you dive deeper into the solutions in the games. For example, our Recycle Rally guide explains how recycling lowers demand for natural resources, and the Mission Ocean guide shares ways that kids can reduce microplastic pollution.
Eco-friendly & Sustainable
All of our games are plastic-free and use eco-friendly materials (both recycled and recyclable). We use sugar cane shrink wrap, compostable cardboard, vegetable inks, and wood certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
Let’s Talk
We hope you have as much fun exploring our games as we had making them. Look forward to hearing from you soon!
